Why don't systems have a price on them?
Because every business is different, a price list would be a guess. You tell us what you need in a form and we send a written quote for free — one fixed price for the build, agreed before any work starts.
Do you charge per user?
No, never. You pay once for the build. Adding people to your own system costs nothing, which is exactly the difference between owning and renting.
What does hosting include?
Hosting, security updates, backups and up to an hour of changes a month, from £25 per month. You can also take the system and run it yourself — the code and data are yours.
What's the catch with the free quote?
There isn't one. No call to book, no obligation, and we won't chase you. If the quote doesn't work for you, that's genuinely the end of it.
All prices exclude VAT where applicable. Hosting, domains, third-party licences and payment-processing fees are billed at cost and shown before you commit to anything.
