We have run the businesses we build for.

Most software firms have never had to close a set of books, chase a supplier for a credit note, or explain a missing payment to a client. We have. We work in regulated travel — client money, auditors, deadlines that do not move — and we build the software those operations depend on.

It means we understand the problem before the first meeting is over, and we build for the awkward edges instead of the happy path. Every system we sell started as a problem in an operating business: a reconciliation nobody could finish, an inbox nobody could keep up with, a booking flow held together by spreadsheets.
