We send a written quote
What we would build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what you would stop paying for every month.
It arrives in your account within a few working days — free, and yours to keep. If anything is unclear, we ask one or two questions by message first. A person reads every form; there is no scoring robot.
See it before you commit
If the quote works for you, we design the screens so you can see the thing itself — still with nothing signed.
You look at real screens of your system and tell us what is wrong with them. Changing a design costs nothing; changing a built system costs money — so we get the arguments out of the way here.
We build it, you own it
Fixed price agreed before a line is written. Your code, your hosting, your data, from the first day.
The repository is yours, the hosting account is yours, and the data never lives anywhere you cannot reach. If we fell out tomorrow, you would lose nothing.
We look after it, if you want
Hosting, security updates, backups and up to an hour of changes a month, from £25.
Or take it and run it yourself — it is documented and tested for exactly that. You can switch between the two whenever you like, because it is yours either way.
